Our Platform offers paid membership services including but not limited to:

2. Membership and Payments

We offer the following membership options:

• Lifetime Membership: One-time payment of $400
• Monthly Subscription: $100 per month

Payment processing is handled securely through our payment partners. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method according to your selected plan. All fees are exclusive of taxes, which may be added where applicable.

3. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

• Members may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings
• Monthly subscriptions will remain active until the end of the current billing period
• The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to services for violations of these Terms
• No refunds will be provided for past membership periods

4. User Obligations

As a member of Jasalma AI, you agree to:

• Provide accurate account information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use the platform and its resources for personal learning and development
• Not share or redistribute platform content without authorization
• Engage respectfully with other members and instructors

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Platform, including but not limited to courses, materials, code samples, and educational resources, is owned by Jasalma AI and protected by copyright laws. Members receive a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal learning purposes only.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

While we strive to provide high-quality educational content, the Platform is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes or results from using our services. Your success depends on various factors, including your dedication and proper application of the knowledge gained.

7. Limitation of Liability

Jasalma AI and Esential LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Platform. In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the preceding 12 months.
